To support an animal shelter by donating food and volunteering to walk the animals who need some love.
The event was organised to help an animal shelter, where more than a hunderd dogs and cats live. The shelter was really grateful for us giving some love to the animals, helping the workers with the daily chores while also donating around 50-70 kg canned and dry food. The international students really enjoyed the event, it was a great succes since it gave them the chance to visit a place where they can help the rescued animals, but it also turned out to be an amazing opportunity for the students to recharge.
The event was free to attend but the group needed to take the bus in order to get to the shelter, so the total cost of the bust ticket was 250forints/person, which included travelling to the shelter and back.
