Goal of the Activity
The goal was discover one of the most famous typical product of Friuli, the Grappa
Description
The event took place at the Pagura Distillery, in Castions di Zoppola, a family-run distillery with a very interesting history. We visit the distillery where we see how the distillation process works and where the grappa is stored. Finally, we tasted the wine and a grappa-based cocktail and some grappas, all accompanied by some typical products of the area (salami, cheeses, asparagus).
The participants were happy with this experience.
