The primary goal of the Denmark Roadtrip is to offer students an immersive experience that combines cultural exploration, social interaction, and community building. The event aims to introduce participants to Denmark’s rich history, diverse culture, and natural beauty, while fostering connections between international and local students. Through this initiative, ESN DTU seeks to enhance intercultural exchange, promote inclusion, and strengthen the sense of belonging within the ESN community.
The Denmark Roadtrip is a three-day event organized by ESN DTU, where students travel together to explore some of Denmark's most iconic cities and landmarks. The adventure begins with a visit to Aarhus, where participants tour the city, enjoy the ARoS Museum, and experience its vibrant nightlife. On the second day, the group heads north to Grenen, where the North Sea and Baltic Sea meet, before exploring Råbjerg Mile and Aalborg’s historic charm. On the final day, the group visits Jelling, the UNESCO World Heritage Viking site, and explores the charming city of Odense, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen. Along the way, participants connect through shared meals, group activities, and experiences, fostering friendships and creating lasting memories.
