To help students develop and recognize key professional skills — such as CV writing and interview performance — that support their career readiness, increase their chances in mobility opportunities, and encourage entrepreneurial thinking in today’s competitive job market.
On April 23rd at 20:00, ESN Çukurova and ESN Çağ came together for an online training session titled “CV Preparation & Interview Techniques | ESN Türkiye.” Led by Seyran Berivan Kutlay from the ESN Türkiye family, the session was held in Turkish and aimed to support students in building strong foundations for their career journeys.
Participants learned how to craft an effective CV, what recruiters pay attention to, and how to stand out in job interviews — key skills not only for entering the job market, but also for strengthening mobility applications such as Erasmus+ internships or graduate opportunities abroad.
It was an engaging and informative evening filled with real-life advice, practical examples, and interactive Q&A moments — helping students recognize their strengths and grow into confident, career-ready individuals.
