Goal of the Activity
- presenting of different cuisines, values and heritage
- better understanding of the different backgrounds of students through cultural exchange
Description
Every week there are one or two countries presenting their countries. Country presentations include refreshments and foods prepared by the given countries which students can try and afterwards there is a half an hour presentation about their country. It lasts approximately 25 minutes and students present topics, country overview, their favorite cultural values, food, drinks or any other aspects of their choice. However, the presentation should not be political or religious but purely informative. Students are welcome to demonstrate traditional customs or any kind of their cultural heritage. 17 countries in total presented themselves this semester.
