Goal of the Activity
Celebrate culture through traditional food & community building
Description
Last session, we prepared a Romanian recipe 🇷🇴, namely Mucenici Moldovenești - a recipe that celebrates the story of the forty martyrs of Sebaste. Romanians usually prepare this walnut-coated sweet pastry on the 8th of March (thus the "8" shape) also celebrating the start of the agricultural year and the beginning of spring.🌷
Curious to learn about other countries' cuisine and traditional food? Come to our next cooking session!
Many thanks to everyone who attended and we hope to see you again!
