Goal of the Activity

To enhance cultural exchange and promote healthy eating habits by teaching participants how to prepare traditional Calabrian dishes using local ingredients.

Description

Participants will engage in a hands-on cooking class where they will learn to prepare traditional Calabrian pasta from scratch. Guided by a local chef, they will discover the techniques and recipes passed down through generations, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. This activity aims to foster cultural appreciation and encourage healthy, home-cooked meals.
