Goal of the activity

Our goal was to get to know different types of cuisine, to appreciate the culinary diversity of other countries. We gave to our partecipants a list of ingredients, if they used it, they would have taken bonus points. the ingredients were related with our region, Sicily.

Learning Objective for the participants

Appreciate diversity, team building. Cooking class is like a metaphor of a organization, you need to use resources, method and teamworking when you are in group. 

Result of the activity

Participants cooked delicacies, had fun and enjoyed the cuisine of the other participants. the ratings were give by a visual judgment.
