Join us for a thought-provoking Consent Workshop as part of ESN's Social Impact Days, Spring 2024.
This workshop is led by Marilena Sarantakou, a senior social work student interning at the Union of Women’s Association of Heraklion (UWAH). The session is designed to sensitize participants about consent and provide valuable information about available resources, particularly regarding gender-based violence.
Workshop Format:The workshop consists of two parts:
- Theoretical Approach: Participants will engage in discussions and activities exploring the theoretical aspects of consent. Through guided discussions and scenarios, they will gain a deeper understanding of consent dynamics and its importance in interpersonal relationships.
- Practical Application: In the second part, participants will actively apply consent principles through theatrical activities. This hands-on approach allows for practical learning experiences that reinforce understanding and promote empathy.
