Goal of the Activity

The goal of this event is to promote critical thinking, especially in relation to conspiracy theories, misinformation, and fake news, by engaging participants in discussions and introducing them to newly developed teaching materials.

Description

Do you need a cup of coffee and a break from your exams?
Are you curious about themes like conspiracy theory and fake news?
Then come join us!

FO-Aarhus invites you to an exciting afternoon where you will have the opportunity to hear how you can promote critical thinking among young people and help them become better at navigating information on social media and on the internet. We will enjoy a cup of coffee and some cake while we delve into the topic of the day.

You will get:
- an introduction to recently developed teaching material about conspiracy theory and critical thinking.
- knowledge about how to work with critical thinking and identification of misinformation.
- an opportunity to contribute with feedback and thus help form the final material which will be published as a part of the EU project Critical Balance.

We hope to see you!
