Gathering around a musical instrument belongs to a traditional teambuilding activity, that is sustainable, can be combined with another activity, and has been proven in both offline and online times.
Until now, we had to rely on particular members to bring their own instruments to events, which was sometimes difficult due to travel. By having our own, we can cover more occasions, often on short notice.
The first event where we are planning to use it is a Christmas evening with a guitar. During this evening we are planning to celebrate Christmas with our members by tasting each others’ Christmas cookies, wearing Christmas sweaters, and hosting a secret Santa / Ježíšek. And all this will be accompanied by Christmas carols played on various instruments, including the guitar. By this we want to thank our members for helping us during the whole year and also motivate them to be even more active in the future.
