Goal of the Activity
The goal of the project was to send Christmas cards to the Shelter for Homeless Women in Wrocław. The cards were intended to support those women in the difficult times of the pandemic and the Christmas season and to cheer them up, which can be described as a desire for social inclusion. We wanted each participant to be able to share their kindness with those in need.
Description
We started the event with a short training in using Canva's graphics program. Then we shared a document containing wishes and Christmas poems in Polish that participants could use (of course, they could also use their own texts). Each participant has created at least one Christmas card. All cards were then be printed and mailed to the Shelter for Homeless Women in Wrocław.
