The aim of the activity was to promote sport as a real tool for social and cultural inclusion, important for anyone who practises it.
The ‘Break Dance & Hip Hop Kulture’ project started on Monday 8 January and for every Monday thereafter until the end of July. Initially it took place at the Gymnasium of the Milani School and then later, during the summer period, at the Baden Powell Park in the city of Potenza.
The break dance and hip-hop culture discovery training course is open to all young people aged 14 to 35 and is totally free of charge.
The initiative is realised in collaboration with Family Volley with the main objective of affirming that sport is and must belong to everyone. In fact, it was attended by all the young guests of the Arcobaleno cooperative in Potenza. The aim of these events is first and foremost to create moments of fun but also moments of reflection for all participants. An activity of inclusion and personal growth that allows them to interface with different realities.
