Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity is to teach how to produce beverages using natural products, promote slow food, and support the protection of bees, which safeguard our ecosystem.
Description
We started with a tour of the Botanical Garden, smelling and collecting the spices along the way. Then, we observed the chemical transformation of agents into bubbles to add to our drinks. Next, we moved on to creating the drink using the herbs gathered in the garden. After the aperitif, we observed the beehives and discussed their vital role in nature.
