An expressive dance workshop, which takes shape starting from Contemporary Dance and the Dance Theater for a journey, a research, a free exploration through one's body and one's being-in-Movement until it lands in a real group improvisation.
A single “dance-shot” to offer the possibility of tasting the tools of the choreographic composition.
After a phase of energetic warm up and the experimentation of some technical inputs, the main focus will revolve around the individual dance research of each one.
Moving in the surrounding physical space and in the space of relationship, the emerging dance material will be brought into a group improvisation, giving life to a new language: the Dancing one, the Common one.
No previous experience is necessary!
Bring your passion to dance and enjoy your brand-new body language!
Bring comfortable clothes for movement: you will be in contact with the floor and other people.
