Our goal of the event was it to help the participants to step into the shoes of a blind person to understand better their needs in communication but also learn how to communicate with someone who doesn't see
What it's like to create something from pure imagination, without seeing what your hands are doing, but feeling the material and shapes of objects? We would like to paint pictures with you in teamwork where one person describes what there is to paint while the other person can't see. During this workshop we had three different phases. In the first one we teamed up and one had to describe the blindfolded person the way through a children's labyrinth quiz. In the second phase, small pictures had to be described and drawn. Finally, everyone was given an object to feel and draw on their own, without any further description. After the first and second challenge we changed, wo was blindfolded and who has to decribe and support.
