Goal of the Activity
The aim of this activity was to allow to experience how blind people taste food - on this occasion these were various spices.
Description
This activity allowed international students to grasp the experience of trying spices while blindfolded. Their task was to guess the spice based solely on the taste or aroma of it. Various spices commonly known and used in different cuisines were provided, to showcase the variety of tastes.
