We encounter various problems in our daily lives and especially as students, we struggle with difficulties such as anxiety, stress, future anxiety and depression. We think that we need to increase our awareness of mental health in order to strengthen our mental health and feel better. For this reason, as ESN Ankara University, we organized an awareness event for Mental Health that all ESNers can attend within the scope of SI days. You are all invited to our informative, educational and interactive event with the participation of Psychologist Çağla Karakılıç. In this online session, topics that will positively affect our personal development such as generalized anxiety, future anxiety, depression, methods of coping with stress, personal development, difficulties we may encounter during the Erasmus process and Post-Erasmus depression were discussed.
