Goal of the Activity
We decided to conduct the art therapy for international students so that they could relax after studying, draw and discuss the psychological problems that bother them. We tried to create a safe space where they could talk about the problems of integration into the new environment.
Description
On Tuesday, September 21st, we've been hanging out at the co-working near the metro station «Gor'kovskaya». The event lasted for two hours. During this time, we've been drawing, making crafts out of paper and discussing topics of mental health and stress management. We've created a warm and cozy atmosphere so that participants could unwind and discuss the problems associated with adapting to a new country.
