Aperitivo Anti-mafia

International students were invited to a presentation held by the volunteers of Libera, an association involved in fighting the mafias. After the participants took their seats, a survivor of a mafia attack shared her story. Then, the volunteers of Libera explained what Italian mafia is and how it operates. It followed a moment for discussion groups composed of ESN volunteers, Libera volunteers and international students. After this last part, a buffet was offered where all the participants could interact freely with each other and exchange opinions, questions and feelings. Participants were kindly asked to fill in a feedback form to assess the impact of the activity.
