Description
Our teambuilding ‘Indoor Picnic’ aimed at strengthening teamwork and communication in an informal environment. The main purpose was to improve relationships, encourage open discussion and increase team belonging, which contributes to overall motivation and effectiveness.
The event included introductory ice-breaker games, followed by thematic team tasks focusing on logic, creativity and communication, such as the ‘Picnic Task Basket’. Picnic-style refreshments together then provided a space for informal interactions and bonding, while a final reflection allowed for sharing of lessons learned.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
