The activity aimed to involve Erasmus Students in an online workout, which has been performed in real time through the "live" mode of the broadly used social media "Instagram". In this way we wanted to promote collective physical activity even during the Covid-19 pandemic, that had hindered everyone to attend sport facilities.
The intention was to offer a way to stay engage the partecipants' bodies and relax their minds during the first few weeks of lockdown through Yoga classes, held by one of our volunteers.
He held the classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks, partecipants were invited through messages on the Whatsapp group without official communications on our social media profiles.

The goal of our weekend workshops was to integrate our section members with aspiring members as well as to provide them with knowledge and abilities that may be useful during their ESN career and their future life and jobs.
The goal of the activity is to do some Sport at home all together, it helps the body, but the mind as well, to stay fit. We try to achieve this with a circuit training of about an hour with a huge variety of exercise for all the body.
