The activity aimed to involve Erasmus Students in an online workout, which has been performed in real time through the "live" mode of the broadly used social media "Instagram". In this way we wanted to promote collective physical activity even during the Covid-19 pandemic, that had hindered everyone to attend sport facilities.

The intention was to offer a way to stay engage the partecipants' bodies and relax their minds during the first few weeks of lockdown through Yoga classes, held by one of our volunteers. He held the classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks, partecipants were invited through messages on the Whatsapp group without official communications on our social media profiles.
