Goal of the Activity

To offer a sense of calm and flexibility to the Erasmus students!!


This event is part of the Social Impact Days, that aim to make a positive impact on society!


We know exams can be really stressful…
... but what is better than enhancing your mood and relieving all your stress through a meditating class of yoga and an intense dance workout?? 

Don’t worry if you have never done it before!  Our lovely instructor will be there to demonstrate the basic moves for beginners! 


The only things you have to bring are your yoga mat or towel, suitable clothes, a bottle of water and your good spirit!! 

When: Friday, 03/12/21
Time: 15:30 (Be there at 15:15 as the session will start at 15:30 )
Where: Athalassa Park


In the unfortunate case of a rainy day keep in mind that the session might be canceled or moved to a different location.
