Goal of the Activity
The goal was to start an online yoga activity that could help physical and mental health during the quarantine
Description
In the occasion of the Health and Well-Being week, and thanks to the collaboration with an external yoga trainer, we could start a yoga course online, using the Skype platform. During the lesson, the trainer explained the importance of yoga and started a simple and basic lesson, that has been followed by our internatonal students, our volonteers and by some volonteers of the ESN UCM Madrid section, that we invited. The lesson has been appreciated by all, and will be followed by other lessons.
