Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been a year, which has changed how each of us relates to and navigates the world. Working from home was sometimes associated with more emotional exhaustion, especially in people who felt isolated from their colleagues and thus had less social support. This atmosphere of occupational and financial insecurity is likely to have had a deep impact on people’s mental health and physical conditions.

That’s why Erasmus Student Network Tbilisi in the frame of #Healt&WellbeingWeek offers an online event dedicated to #encourage all of you to get interested in #Yoga and find out its benefits, especially during this hard time.

We invited two interesting speakers to help you dive into this incredible Yoga World:

Dovidas (David Dautashvili) – A yoga instructor from Georgia, will talk about his own experience and tell us what to know before we step into the universe of yoga.

Shabina Ashraf – A yoga lover from India, will show us the practice of Yoga from an Indian perspective and talk about the role of yoga in everyday life in India.
