Description
Health and Well-being week has begun! Our first event is this super cool yoga class!
Raimonda has been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2018 and has done her trainings in Italy, India, Norway, Germany and Austria. On Tuesday she is inviting to join you for interactive discussion. Please, have a yoga mat for a short practice together. Everyone who is interested, please join her via the Zoom Tuesday at 6PM.
