The world is facing a pandemic, which is creating a lot of stress and anxiety in our society. We believe in the #stayathome movement and that it is the most important measure to prevent the spread of the virus. To help everyone with their social distancing and keeping their minds and body active we are providing online yoga and meditation live classes, that later are saved to our IGTV, so that everyone can repeat them.
The participants will learn how to meditate and basic yoga positions, thus being able to relax and forget their worries for a bit.
The activity was a success having at least 500 different people watching the live session. It received great feedback from the participants, many of them asking us to keep having classes and activities for them to be active and busy.
