While we are in quarantine, we don't move our body so much. That's why, it is really important to work out in these days to stay active. With this workout activity, we encouraged our members and Erasmus students to be more active.
- Firstly, we did a 20 minutes full body workout, and after that, we incorporated 5 min stretching to cool down our body.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
