The goal was to give very useful tips to all foreign students that would like to start a new job or internship in Milan or in Italy. It was useful to gain a better understanding of the different working status, to be better prepared in case of receiving a job offer.
The activity was divided in two meetings with the aim of giving advice and tips to the international students who would like to start a job experience in Italy. The meetings were structured like a conference, where some expertises from or contacted by YESMilano explained the different job categories and presented the different opportuinities that the students could get. There were also parts dedicated entirely to tips related to job interviews, curriculum vitae, documentation needed and so on. It was also very interactive because all the participants had the possibility to make interventions and ask questions about any topic to solve all the doubts. Moreover, there was also a quiz time to keep the attention of the participants about the topics previously discussed. Overall, it was really interesting because all the tips were useful and well explained. The presenters were also very encouraging and enthusiast to promote and enhance the willingness of young students to undertake such an experience.
