Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to encurage students to phisycal activity in order to keep-fit themselves phisically and mentally.
Description
We organized a work-out class composed by phisical exercises. Particularly, we decided to start with a warm-up for 15 minutes. Afterwards, we divided the work into 3 cycles of exercises; each cycle was composed by 7 exercises and each of them lasted 30 seconds. Between one exercise and another we rested for 15 seconds. At the end of the cycle (warm-up+45sec of exercise+10sec rest+45sec of exercise+10sec rest+45sec of exercise+10sec rest+45sec of exercise+10sec rest+45sec of exercise+10sec rest+45sec of exercise) we rested for 3 minutes. Than, we restarted at from the beginning. All of this for 3 times (3 cycles).
