Goal of the Activity
To raise awareness about a rare genetic disease: Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
Description
On the occasion of the eve of International Osteogenesis Imperfecta Awareness Day, ESN Padova organizes an event dedicated to spreading awareness regarding this rare disease. International students are invited to join an awareness-themed treasure hunt, followed by interactive workshops hosted by the vice-president of "Associazione Italiana Osteogenesi Imperfetta", as well as a doctor specialized in this field and a local volunteer affected by the condition. To conclude, refreshments are served. By doing so, we intend to inform the international community about this poorly-known disease.
