Goal of the Activity
Providing an opportunity for exchange students to play music for a bigger audience. Also invite a large group of exchange students to listen to their peers.
Description
Before incomings arrive, in the starting email from IO, where we are named, they are told that this concert will take place. Then during the semester, there are a few sessions for people to form groups and practise together. There are also auditions before the concert. Then on the day, we host the concert in the city's concert building in the smaller hall. Due to sponsoring from the university, there is no entrance fee.
