The primary goals of this event are to assist International Students with bureaucratic processes such as Arrival Documents and Student Cards. The presence of the Ukrainian Ambassador in our country serves as a crucial representation for Ukrainian students, helping them feel welcomed in a foreign land, especially given the current conditions. For us, ESN Coimbra, it was important to first present our projects and activities.
This marked the inaugural Welcome Session of the semester, held in partnership with the University of Coimbra and the City Hall. The event drew an audience of over 500 individuals, having speeches from prominent figures including the University's Rector, the Mayor, the Ambassador of Ukraine in Portugal, the Coordinator of Erasmus+ Programme of the National Agency Erasmus+ Education and Training, and the President of ESN Coimbra.
