Goal of the Activity
Welcoming the Erasmusand presenting the professors, autorities and the university to the newcoming foreigner students
Description
As soon as all the Erasmus arrived we organized a welcome conference in which we invited the rector, the international delegates and a representation of the foreign relations office of the university to have a speech. during the conference the Erasmus students were called one by one and the rector gave them some Erasmus-themed gadgets and at the end ESN volunteers talked about our association and what we can do for the foreigner students. After the conference we had an aperitif offered by the university.
