The goal of the activity was to introduce ourselves, but not only. Through our guests we want them to understand the true importance of what an Exchange programme experience is and how they can learn from it.
We wanted to make them know immediately the students of the first semester as easily as possible too. This is why we invited some of them to introduce themselves and talk about their first semester in Parma.
Furthermore we wanted to introduce them the project "Ambassadors in Parma" of the University of Parma.
As every year we held a welcome conference with the University of Parma to present ourselves to association and showing them what they can do and various possibilities they have in Parma.
This year we invited Massimiliano Marziali the new Event Manager of ESN Italy, and we had the participation of the Deputy Mayor of Parma and the Deputy Rector of the University. All our guests talked about the importance of this new experience they are going to embraced, how they have to take advantage of it to grow as persons, to improve their skills, knowledge and culture.
Other important guests were two students of the first semester that show to the new Erasmus students, their first semester experience in Parma.
After the conference we had an aperitif and through the University we presented the new project of the University of Parma"Ambassadors in Parma". With this project the Exchange programme students have the possibility to show to the students of the University of Parma, that will go to Erasmus in the next academic year, their town and university.
