Goal of the Activity
The goal was to welcome the Erasmus students to the University and give them all the info needed for their stay in Italy and how the University works. We prepared a presentation to introduce ourselves as association and to explain what we do.
Description
We collaborated with the International Office of the University of Parma in order to organize the event. The Office prepared the topics of the conference (how to surf through Italian bureaucracy, who are the professors in charge of Learning Agreements etc.) we did our presentation and we also offered a light lunch to the participants. After that, Parma's conservatory organized a free concert with a small aperitif for our Erasmus students.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
