The event was organized primarily by the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta, who took care of the participant registration process, administering the Zoom channels and presenting about the opportunities available through the Erasmus+ program.
The Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta invited us to a double-header of webinars organized by them to talk more about what ESN is and how it can help any participants interested in applying for mobility. Due to having a larger number of registered participants than expected, we decided to hold 2 webinars back-to-back that day. Irrespective of the unusual format, the webinars proved to be a measurable success, with both the Office and us receiving many questions from the participants. This event also served as the perfect opportunity for one of our volunteers who is currently on study mobility in Bologna to share her experience and, in spite of the seemingly unfavorable conditions, to still encourage the participants to apply for Erasmus+ mobility.
