The objectives of the activity are:
-Know about environment and sustainability with practise activity.
-Make fun and friends and take care the planet.
-Make a difference on protecting our planet and its biodiversity
-raise awareness of the environmental impact of cigarette butts
We organized teams composed of volunteers and Erasmus with the aim of collecting cigarette butts and inserting them into empty plastic bottles during a walk in the center of Turin.
The walk started in piazza castello and ended at the valentino park.
The team that filled the most plastic bottles with cigarette butts won ESN's gadgets.
Afterwards, we organized games at Valentino Park to raise awareness about recycling.
Each team member had to put the waste in the correct bin (e.g. paper, glass, organic...).
This game was made to explain to Erasmus in a fun way how the city of Turin disposes of its waste.
