Goal of the Activity
Learn something about Palio tradition in Siena directly from the local inhabitants of Siena
Description
We organized together with the Valdimontone Contrada a visit to their own personal museum. Local people of the contrada show to our Erasmus their history, talked about palio and the importance of battling and winning. Our students coud look at flags, clothes and photos of the contrada and start to understand how important is this tradition for our city and for people living the "contrada life".
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
