Visit to the exhibition: "Images and words to fight violence against women"

During the Social Impact Days of 2021, an ESN international campaign made with the aim to organize activities that might have an impact on international students and on the society in general, we organized a visit to the exhibition "Images and words to fight violence against women". The exhibition, that took place in the main town hall of Siena, was made by local artists, who wanted to show how violence could change and influence life of women, and in particular have the possibility to know stories of women who have been killed, in the majority of cases by one of their family members or by their lovers. 

The event gave the possibility to reflect upon the problem of violence against women, and how the society should act to reduce this social problem and provide a better and safe life to women.
