The aim of this activity was to introduce international students to the richness of France's cultural and gastronomic heritage through wine and cheese tasting.
Along with ESN Toulouse volunteers, the international students spent the day at the Domaine des Pradelles, not far from the Pink City, to visit the vineyard and learn about French wine culture. While taking the IS on a tour of the vineyard, the owners explained the history of the place, the vines, and the process of making the different kinds of wine. Afterwards, they were able to taste three different red wines and a white wine, followed by some local cheese. At the end of the activity, the students had the opportunity to buy some wine, and then they went back by bus to Toulouse.
The price of this activity was 25€ with the ESN card, and 30€ without the card.
This event was organized by ESN Toulouse to help international students get the most out of their Erasmus life.
All ESN events are non-profit and are organized by students for students on a voluntary basis.
