This activity had several goals:
- to promote the reduction of the consumption of meat and animal products, therefore promoting sustainable cooking and eating;
- to promote the boosting of our immune system, considering that winter is ahead;
- to celebrate World Veganism Day (November 1st).
To prepare this activity, we contacted the restaurant "O Burrito", who kindly shared a video of their Vegan Recipe - Kidney Beans and Tofu Curry. Then, we shared this video on both Facebook and Instagram. All the necessary ingredients, as well as the recipe itself, were written throughout the video.
Not only we presented the main course, but we also shared the recipe of a drink, particularly an Immune-Boosting Smoothie.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
