Goal of the Activity

The aim of this activity is to offer Erasmus students an authentic experience of Modena’s culinary culture. By sharing a traditional local meal, students can immerse themselves in regional flavors while also strengthening social bonds and cultural exchange within the international community.

Description

The dinner featured a selection of typical Modenese dishes such as gnocco fritto, tigelle, cured meats, and local cheeses. Held in a cozy and welcoming environment, the evening was designed to be a relaxed occasion where students enjoyed good food, connected with one another, and learned about the food customs of the Modena region.
