Tutor team teambuilding

We had three intensive days filled with planning and preparation for the winter semester. This involved the transfer of knowledge from our former Tutor Team to the new members. Our goals were to plan all activities for the upcoming winter semester, create action plans for important positions within the local board, get to know each other better, strengthen social connections among members, and prepare activities for international students.

The main outcomes of the activity included:

- Fostering a sense of unity within the team

- Building strong bonds between both new and existing members in an engaging way

- Demonstrating that volunteering encompasses more than just work

- Teaching members to collaborate effectively and trust one another

- Enhancing communication skills within teams
