Goal of the Activity

The aim of this trip was to show to the international students some of the most famous cities of northern Italy, famous worldwide for Lorenzo il Magnifico and Sandro Botticelli, making them appreciate the history and the wonderful monuments and museums of these cities.

Description

We left Trento at around 2:45 am and arrived in Siena around 6:00 am, to head to Piazza del Campo, where we left some free time before starting the city tour with ESN Siena, which lasted approx. two hours and went through the streets of the center and then in the afternoon we headed to Florence, where we also stayed overnight. The next day we started the city tour from Piazza del Duomo, to then visit the Uffizi and S. Maria Novella. The next day we left for Pisa, where we also took a tour here up to Piazza dei Miracoli.
