The goal of the activity was to promote inclusion among Erasmus students and introduce them to Turin, a city rich in history and culture.
This experience encouraged interaction, cultural appreciation, and a sense of belonging within the local context.
We met at 7:15 am at Lampugnano bus station, waiting for everyone to arrive before departing for Turin at 8:00 am. We reached
Turin at 10:00 am, took a city bus, and met ESN Torino in Piazza Castello. They welcomed us and led a two-hour city tour, sharing insights into Turin’s history and guiding us through its main landmarks, including Piazza Castello, Mole
Antonelliana, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, and the Church of Monte dei Cappuccini, where we enjoyed a view of the city and the surrounding mountains. At 1:00 pm, we ate lunch all together, with ESN Torino, at a local restaurant, savoring traditional Piedmontese cuisine. At around 2:45 pm, we made our way to the Royal Palace, exploring the Royal Museums and gardens. By 4:00 pm, we took a city bus back to the bus station, grabbed some snacks, and boarded our return bus to Milan at 5:00 pm. We arrived back at Lampugnano at 6:45 pm.
