TULení - teambuilding

TULení is a teambuilding activity organized every semester by the section for the members of the section and also invited guests from the network. Teambuilding took place at the rented cottage for the whole weekend. The theme of the teambuilding this semester was “Hell”,  all the activities were adapted to this theme.

Friday, the arrival date, was dedicated to the get to know games. The aim was to meet the members, learn their names and something more about them.

Saturday started with the activity to teach members how to work in teams, how to present and also their creativity needed to be included. They were supposed to create their own coat of arms of the tribe and a story behind it. The aim was to persuade the leaders of hell (OC Team) why they would be a great contribution to the team. The afternoon was devoted to basic knowledge quiz and building a torture weapon from given equipment, The aim was also not o break an egg when the weapon was “attacked”. Continuously, the workshop for members was organized by the NB member about the causes of ESN and ESN tools. We finished the day by an outdoor activity, where one team member had to navigate other teammates through the path while blindfolded. The tricky situation was that the leader couldn’t use the word only sounds. Since, one of our members was celebrating birthday during the teambuilding, we prepared a small surprise at the end of the evening.

On Sunday we finished with another workshop about the new Erasmus+ program.
