The goal of this trip to Viborg is to provide participants with a cultural and artistic experience outside Aarhus, fostering social connection and appreciation for Denmark’s creative and historical heritage. Introduce participants to one of Denmark’s oldest towns, Viborg, highlighting its charming old town and iconic cathedral.

Experience Denmark outside Aarhus as we go North-West to Viborg, home of Denmark’s Animation Workshop and hub of graphic creativity
We will go together by bus, see the charming centre (Viborg is one of the oldest towns in the country) and go by the festival. Here we will see a showcase of animated short films, all nominated for the VAF Best Graduation award
After the viewing we will have dinner and take a stroll by the lake
13:30: Meet at Studenterhus Aarhus and go with our bus to Viborg
15:00: Welcome to Viborg: Walk around the old town and visit the iconic cathedral
16:00-17:30: Graduation Films - a showcase of some of the best animated shorts from all over the world
18:00-20:00: Dinner and walk
20:00: Back to Aarhus
