The goal was to visit Sirmione and spend the day at Lake Garda
We organized a full-day trip to Sirmione for our Erasmus students, combining history, culture, and relaxation in one of the most charming destinations on Lake Garda. We arranged private bus transportation for the group and coordinated a guided tour of the Scaliger Castle, a stunning medieval fortress offering breathtaking views over the lake.
The itinerary also included a visit to the Grotte di Catullo, an impressive archaeological site featuring the ruins of a grand Roman villa. After exploring the historical landmarks, we spent the afternoon relaxing by the lake — enjoying the sun, the scenery, and some quality time together at the beach.
Participants were free to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy during our lunch break by the water. It was a perfect mix of cultural discovery and laid-back fun in one of Italy’s most scenic spots.
