Goal of the Activity

The aim of the trip was to explore the city of Cologne, learn about its history and culture, and strengthen the connections within the Erasmus community. By discovering new places together and sharing moments as a group, participants experienced cultural exchange in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Description

The weekend trip to Cologne started on Saturday morning with a two-hour bus ride from Liège. Once in the city, participants checked in at the hotel and joined a fun city tour in the form of a treasure hunt, allowing them to discover Cologne’s main landmarks in small teams. After a lunch break, the group visited a local museum to learn more about the city’s history and culture. In the evening, everyone enjoyed dinner together at an italian restaurant, followed by a social night out in a club.

On Sunday, participants shared breakfast at the hotel before having some free time to explore the city on their own. The trip ended with a relaxing boat tour on the Rhine River, offering beautiful views of Cologne before heading back to Liège.

The price included : bus, hotel (W/ breakfast), city tour, restaurant of the first night (food and drinks), entry to the party, entry to the museum, boat ride.
